Jessica Segars
Jessica has been an essential part of Hall County's animal community for over 12 years. She was instrumental in helping us get SurgiPet off the ground and running in 2021 and has now turned her focus on Outreach Pet. Her compassion for animals fills every aspect of her life. When not at work, she helps with stray cats in the community and takes care of her own spoiled kitties. Jessica is a true lover of animals, and we are so grateful for her compassionate care here at Outreach
